Minimum Pilot Requirements

Minimum requirement is RPL, current BFR, and 5 hours on type. All pilots will be required to undertake a check flight with one of the owners. Any pilot with under 50 hours on type may be required to undertake a check flight with an Instructor current on KBL at the expense of the hirer. Private hire contract to be signed by the hirer prior to the first hire period. Caboolture Aero Club requires pilots using YCAB to be members, but membership is not a requirement for check flights.

Wet $305 per hour inc GST Reasonable flight times are required for overnight or extended hire.

Insurance Details

Hirer is required to pay excess or for any damage caused that is not covered by the insurer.
